UBUNIFU KENYA - what can art do?

“we give them the tools to dream.”

Ubunifu Kenya - What can art do?
The Funnelogy Channel

What can art do that school cannot?

In this first episode, Max and Mattia visit Ubunifu, a community art center in Mararani village on Lamu Island, Kenya, founded by Nyambura. They explore how art, safety, community, and love can help children discover their talents—and change the stories people tell about a place.

After meeting Nyambura and Anderson, we reflect on an important idea: children need dreams, but they also need the tools, space, and support to help those dreams grow.
